A: No. We are vendor neutral, meaning that we can find savings in every merchant billing statement/contract so you won’t need to change your vendor relationship if you don't want to. Most of the time we can secure the savings without changing your current vendor relationship but will always check to see if better pricing terms are available from your vendor’s competition because we have access to all the global payment networks. Often we find clients are frustrated and upset with their existing providers after our service exposes what their provider has been keeping from them. It comes down to how you quantify that relationship against the confirmed savings we have exposed and the guaranteed pricing services that we offer for as long as your processing under our management program. 

Q: What are best in class unpublished rates? 

A: Most of the time processors, banks and providers will maintain availability of certain special rates for specific large volume clients and certain organizations. They do not publish these high level pricing programs since they are much lower than normal (industry standard rates), but since we have that high level inside knowledge, we can access the unpublished rates from our direct processing network relationships. In turn this will provide substantial monthly savings which would be locked in year over year for as long as your processing, if you choose to make a vendor switch. If you don't switch we recommend full statement scrubbing for each Merchant ID so we can determine price metrics and figure out if there are any hidden fees you are unaware of.
